These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Zeecapital.ai and the related tools, forms, calculators, and communications operated by Bola Mories, a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer (NMLS #2437072) with E Mortgage Capital, Inc. (NMLS #1416824). By using this website or opting in to our messaging, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility — you must be 18 or older

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website, to submit any form, and to opt in to receive SMS/text messages from us. Our services are intended solely for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from, or send messages to, anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it.

Our SMS / text messaging program

Program name: Bola Mories (Zeecapital.ai) — customer-care and account notifications.

Program description and messaging use cases. This is a customer-care and account-notification messaging program. If you opt in, we send you text messages relating to your relationship with us and your loan file, specifically:

  • Appointment reminders and confirmations for calls and consultations you have scheduled;
  • Document requests — letting you know which items are still needed for your file;
  • Loan status updates — milestone notifications such as submission, conditions, approval, and closing;
  • Replies to questions you send us by text.

These are customer-care and transactional messages. We do not send unsolicited advertising by text, and we do not quote interest rates by text.

How to opt in

You opt in by visiting our SMS opt-in form, entering your mobile number, and actively checking the consent box, which is not pre-checked and is required in order to submit. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of obtaining any loan.

How to opt out — text STOP

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the short code or number from which you received the message. After you send STOP, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, sign up again through our opt-in form and we will resume sending messages to you.

  • Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by, and payable to, your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless provider for details of your plan.

Carrier liability disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile carriers are not responsible for any delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages sent through this program. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is outside our control.

Supported carriers

The program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
